SDK libraries are currently available for Python, JavaScript and PHP for users who want to interact with the API more easily in those languages.

Installing the SDK libraries

Installing the Python SDK:

pip install --extra-index-url https://downloads.ceicdata.com/python ceic_api_client --upgrade

Installing the JavaScript SDK:

npm install https://downloads.ceicdata.com/javascript/ceic-api-2.11.0-339.tar.gz

Installing the PHP SDK

In your composer.json add the following code:
"require": { "ceic/api": "*" }, "repositories": [ { "type": "composer", "url": "https://downloads.ceicdata.com/php/" } ]
Then run:
composer update

Updating the SDK libraries

CEIC SDK libraries are updated with a new version with each API release. We recommend frequently updating your SDK package to make the most of our latest API version features and improvements.
You can subscribe for RSS alerts in the API Release Notes section to keep informed when a new API version is released.
